The purchase, installation, or use of these Products on any vehicle that is registered for use on public roads may be in direct violation of federal, state, and local laws, including the U.S. Clean Air Act. The Clean Air Act prohibits the modification of a vehicle's emission control system. Such modifications can result in significant fines and penalties from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and other regulatory bodies.
By purchasing any Product from TRUCKTOK.COM, you, the customer, acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Intended Use: You are purchasing the Product solely for use in off-road, closed-course racing, or competition vehicles that are not driven on public roads.
2. Legal Responsibility: You assume all responsibility for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the use of the Product. TRUCKTOK.COM provides no legal advice regarding local, state, or federal regulations.
3. Liability Release: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRUCKTOK.COM, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, fines, penalties, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising from your purchase, installation, or use of the Product.
4. No Warranty of Legality: The sale of these Products is not an endorsement or warranty that their use is legal in your specific location. Laws vary significantly by state and locality, and it is your sole responsibility to verify legality.
